[Source: http://m.pikicast.com/pikicast-new-web/collection/view?colId=2648] 소개해드릴글은, 삼성그룹계열의삼성물산에근무하던한신입사원이 “회사가냄비속개구리가되고있다”는쓴소리를담은사직서를그룹내사내게시판 ‘싱글’에올려진뒤, 확산된글입니다. 2007년도에작성된글이지만, 아직까지도회자되고있는글이라한번쯤은읽어볼만한내용입니다.   [삼성물산 46기신입사원의사직서전문] 1년을간신히채우고, 그토록사랑한다고외치던회사를떠나고자합니다. 다른직장이정해진것도아니고, 공부를할계획도없지만저에게는퇴사가어쩔수없는선택입니다. 회사에들어오고나서이해할수없는일들이참많았습니다. 술들은왜들그렇게드시는지, 결재는왜법인카드로하시는지, 전부다가기싫다는회식은누가좋아서그렇게하는것인지, 정말최선을다해서바쁘게일을하고일과후에자기계발하면될텐데, 왜야근을생각해놓고천천히일을하는지, 실력이먼저인지인간관계가먼저인지,이런질문조차이회사에서는왜의미가없어지는지.. 상사라는회사가살아남으려면도대체, 문화는유연하고개방적이고 창의와혁신이넘치고수평적이어야하며, 제도는실력과실적만을평가하는 냉정한평가보상제도를가지고있어야하고, 사람들은뒤쳐질까나태해질까두려워미친듯이일을하고, 공부를하고, 술은무슨술인가컨디션을조절하면서 철저하게자기관리를하더라도, 도대체이렇게해도 5년뒤에내자리가어떻게될지 10년뒤에이회사가어떻게될지고민에, 걱정에잠을설쳐야한다고생각했는데, 도대체이회사는무얼믿고이렇게천천히변화하고있는지 어떻게이회사가돈을벌고유지가되고있는지 저로서는도저히이해할수없었습니다. 반면에회사를통해서겨우이해하게된것들도많이있습니다. 니부어의집단윤리수준은 개인윤리의합보다낮다는명제도이해하게되었고, 막스베버의관료제이론이얼마나위대한이론인지도깨닫게되었고, 당연한이야기라고생각하던, 코웃음치던 조직의목표와조직원의목표는일치하지않는다는대리인이론을 정말뼈저리게, 뼈저리게느끼게되었습니다. 가장실감나게다가오게된이야기는, 냄비속개구리의비유입니다. 개구리를냄비에집어넣고물을서서히끓이면 개구리는적응하고, 변화한답시고, 체온을서서히올리며유영하다가 어느순간삶아져서배를뒤집고죽어버리게됩니다. 냄비를뛰쳐나가는변혁이필요한시기에Read more about 어느 사회초년생의 사직서[…]
